Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using senbettercare.com or purchasing any Senbetter products. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms do not use our website or purchase our products.
1. About Senbetter
Senbetter is a hair care brand owned and operated by Fekade Senbeta based in Denver, Colorado. Our products are sold through senbettercare.com. For questions contact us at support@senbetter.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from senbettercare.com. By placing an order you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately on our website including descriptions, images, and pricing. However we do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are completely accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without notice.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. If a pricing error occurs on an order we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or raise concerns about fraud. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information on processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, and our policies on damaged or lost orders. Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery contact us at support@senbetter.com. Items must be at least 50% full to be eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on items that are more than 50% used.
8. Product Use and Safety
Senbetter products are intended for external use only. Keep out of eyes. If contact with eyes occurs rinse thoroughly with water. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Conduct a patch test before first use especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Consult your healthcare provider before using if you are pregnant or nursing. Keep out of reach of children.
Senbetter products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary. Individual results depend on hair type, consistency of use, and other factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on senbettercare.com including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and the Senbetter brand identity are the exclusive property of Senbetter and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. User Conduct
By using our website you agree not to:
• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use our brand name, logo, or content without permission
• Resell our products without prior written authorization
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website
11. Subscription and Auto-Ship
If you enroll in our subscription program you authorize us to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account at senbettercare.com or by contacting us at support@senbetter.com. Cancellations made after a subscription order has been processed may not prevent that order from shipping.
12. Loyalty Program
Senbetter Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to members.
13. Affiliate and Ambassador Program
Participation in our affiliate or ambassador program is subject to separate program terms and agreements. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate or ambassador relationship at our discretion. Commissions are paid only on valid completed orders and may be reversed for returned or fraudulent orders.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law Senbetter and its owner, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Senbetter and its owner, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our website or products.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website or products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
